BULAWAYO – It is a dream come true for Zimbabwe Development Democracy Trust (ZDDT)’s latest intern, Tafadzwa Peterson Masviba, who has recently joined the trust as the student intern saying he has always wanted to work with the community.

The 29-year-old, studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies with Bindura University of Science Education, told ZDDT News he was excited to join the team.

“I have always had a passion to work with the community. I am looking forward to improving the community as much as I can and help people achieve their goals,” said Masviba.

ZDDT is involved in community leadership and development work which, over the years, has seen the organisation train community leaders up to the level of councillors.

Masviba is already demonstrating his willingness to learn as much as he can during his industrial attachment period at ZDDT, both though his formal induction and familiarisation of the trust’s programme.
