A significant milestone has been reached as Geraldine Roche Arts Academy's first Level 1 cohort of 2026 has completed its intensive training journey.
The event brought together creativity, dedication, and emerging talent in a powerful showcase of growth. What unfolded highlighted the impact of hands-on learning and the promise of rising stars in theatre and film.
The atmosphere was vibrant and emotionally charged as the first Level 1 cohort of 2025 proudly graduated after four months of intensive and transformative theatre and film making training. A total of twenty dedicated and passionate students successfully completed the programme, emerging more confident, creative, and technically skilled.

Throughout, they were rigorously equipped with essential performance, storytelling, and production skills, enabling them to express themselves more boldly and professionally. The graduation ceremony was not only a celebration of achievement but also a powerful reflection of growth, resilience, and artistic discipline.
In a captivating and deeply engaging highlight of the event, the graduates delivered an outstanding performance of a self-scripted play titled Black Forest. The production was remarkably expressive and creatively executed, showcasing their newly acquired skills in acting, scriptwriting, and stagecraft. With compelling characters, vivid storytelling, and emotionally rich scenes, the performance left the audience thoroughly impressed and inspired. The showcase vividly demonstrated the group’s readiness to step into the creative industry, marking the beginning of promising artistic journeys ahead.
The active participation of GRAA alumni and Level 2 students demonstrated an impressive level of ownership and passion for the programme.
