In a lengthy debate at their recent Full Council meeting, Bulawayo councillors discussed the perennial problem of street lighting across Zimbabwe’s second largest city.

Zimbabwe Development Democracy Trust (ZDDT)’s ongoing engagements, with councillors and other stakeholders in the city on information dissemination, has given birth to a working relationship between the city fathers and a local commercial radio station, Skyz Metro FM.

Grannies donation

Two elderly women from Bulawayo’s Mabuthweni and Iminyela Townships in Ward 13, recently each received $50 cash donations under the Zimbabwe Development Democracy Trust (ZDDT)’s monthly Business Social Credit Scheme (BSCS).
