Besides achieving this remarkable feat, he has also mapped the exact position of each of these.

BULAWAYO, ZIMBABWE – ZDDT’S Local Authority Capacity Building Programme moved up a gear recently, when the first of twenty four vending shelters was successfully erected at the Bulawayo City Council’s designated vending area in Ward One. The site is a busy pedestrian mall situated along Lobengula Street in down town Bulawayo. Councillor for the Ward, Edward Manning, supervised the shelter’s installation.

BULAWAYO, Zimbabwe – Residents from Ward One in the City Centre, led, by the neighbourhood Councillor, Edward Manning, recently held a clean-up exercise at the Lobengula Street Pedestrian Mall, an area that doubles as a vending market. In his capacity as a Ward One resident, Field Correspondent Lewis Jones (LJ)  participated in the activities and later managed to speak to the Councillor (EM) about challenges that the Local Authority faces concerning littering in the area.
