Platform for Diverse Ideas - CAT member

Bulawayo City Centre: Ward 16 Community Action Team (CAT) member, Mr Denis Gwabalanda Mathe, has described ZDDT’s Expanded Zone Meetings as, not only a step in the right direction, but also an educative platform for constructive and diverse ideas.

“In today’s meeting we learnt that people from different wards have different ideas,” he said after the April 5 th event at the Small City Hall.

They (councillors and CAT members) operate differently and the way they work with their councillors in their different wards, also differs. What I also realised was that we had councillors of different ages. We learnt a lot today.”
