High Impact Intervention at Ingutsheni Central Hospital

The organisation's ongoing High Impact initiative seeks to make a positive difference in the lives of those who are struggling. Ingutsheni Central Hospital was identified as one such beneficiary in need of assistance due to the massive food shortage it was facing.

ZDDT availed critical water pump and reservoir components which would help to revive their market garden and provide a sustainable source of water for the hospital.

The gift could not have come at a better time as the hospital was struggling to produce enough food to feed its patients and staff.

The intervention by ZDDT is bound to have a significant impact on Ingutsheni Central Hospital.

Subsequently, the hospital is now able to produce enough food to feed its patients and staff and with the improved nutrition to aid in the recovery of patients.

Mr. Mpofu, on behalf of Ingutsheni, expressed his gratitude for the most welcome assistance saying that "the donation would go a long way in reviving their garden and allowing them to start supplying the kitchen for their patients. The hospital was now on a path to long-term sustainable revival, and the patients and staff were grateful for the support they received."
