This week marked an exciting step forward for the Geraldine Roche Arts Academy (GRAA) as trainees held their very first voice recording session for an upcoming animated short film.

With microphones on and scripts in hand, students brought characters to life, combining performance skills with the technical craft of voice acting.

This milestone represents more than just progress on a single project; it highlights GRAA’s commitment to broadening artistic training into new creative fields.

For the trainees, the first time being in a professional recording booth provided a unique opportunity to develop new skills that blend storytelling, acting and sound production, paving the way for even more ambitious animation projects in the future.

The session sparked anticipation and pride among the team, setting the stage for what promises to be an inspiring final product and a testament to GRAA’s growing expertise in multimedia arts.
