Bulawayo Residents Show Love of Their City

“Today we have an exercise that envelops the whole ward. In the morning when we started, we had 130 people gathered here, but that number had increased when we dispersed to carry out our assigned duties. Some are slashing grass in various areas; some taking care of the trees ZDDT donated and other are picking up litter. It’s an all-out activity,” said Cllr MV Chunga.

This exemplifies the Trust’s objective of encouraging community ownership and responsibility through voluntary participation in neighbourhood restoration activities.
