Bulawayo's White City Gets a Face-Lift
Bulawayo, Zimbabwe: Bulawayo’s Ward 13 Community Leader, Councillor Lot Siziba, recently praised the renovation of the once premier soccer venue in the “City of Kings”, White City Stadium.
The ground, which is undergoing renovation, will be the venue for the forthcoming youth netball and football activities.
“We are very grateful that the biggest sports venue in my ward is near completion and that it is going to attract more sports activities after this forthcoming regional event. I am also glad, as a councillor, that the stadium is being upgraded during my tenure as a community leader,” said councillor Siziba.
Several residents, who were interviewed by ZDDT News, expressed gratitude over the development, and also called on the authorities to quickly look into the improvement of the Arts Arena which they said lacked shade and seating for fans who attend events. 20bet application
