Bulawayo activism

This is what the organisation seeks to counter.

Bulawayo – Recently ZDDT was invited to attend a grouping of community activists keen to see the city restore its pride.

Inspired by ZDDT’s spirit of volunteerism, promoted under the banner of Shandira/Sebenzela, a local Trust, ZHGTS, hosted the event. “We are here to discuss how we can clean our city. We have been inspired by ZDDT’s community based environmental clean-up campaigns and decided to follow in their footsteps for the development of our Bulawayo,” said Director, John Kafuta.

ZDDT extends its influence, wherever it can, to infuse local people with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
