Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. ZDDT’s ongoing community outreach programme, under the auspices of the Business Social Credit Scheme (BSCS), has been given a thumbs up by the elderly in Ward 24 (Cllr Mangena: Nketa 6 & 8 and Nkulumane 5), where 3 families, that are headed by unemployed senior citizens, received donations.
