Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Despite the economic hardships that threatened to totally wreck the operations of institutions and consequentially the livelihoods of the people of Zimbabwe, Bulawayo City Council Fire and Ambulance Service Department somehow managed to rise above the tide and stay afloat.
Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The Bulawayo City Council has contracted a private company, Waste Management Services, to collect refuse in the city’s low-density suburbs, in augmenting its efforts to return to Bulawayo’s status as the cleanest city in Africa.
