A Celebration of Ability at Phelandaba Youth Centre

In a remarkable showcase of talent and awareness, the Geraldine Roche Arts Academy presented a powerful drama performance at the Phelandaba Youth Centre aimed at educating the audience and local community about disabilities.

The performance was centred around the theme that having a disability does not equate to a lack of ability. Through compelling storytelling, dynamic characters, and thought-provoking dialogue, the actors conveyed messages that challenged societal perceptions of disability.

The Geraldine Roche Arts Academy’s initiative at Phelandaba Youth Centre serves as a reminder that through art and education, we can break down barriers and foster a more inclusive society where every individual’s abilities are recognised and celebrated.
