Team ZDDT visits Zimbabwe International Trade Fair
The Team called on a selection of pavilions occupied by stakeholders engaged with the Trust in its community restoration initiatives.
At Forster Irrigation’s stand, Team members viewed examples of brush and grass cutting equipment of a type similar to that which, in a forthcoming ceremony, will be presented by the German Ambassador, to the Bulawayo City Council.The equipment is intended to buoy activities of a ZDDT greening initiative, supported by GIZ.
The City of Bulawayo’s pavilion exhibited displays by partners of the local authority, such as Delta Corporation and the Trust. Here, Team members took the opportunity to sign the visitor’s register, besides viewing exhibits.
ZDDT enjoys excellent relations with the Municipality’s officials and elected Councillors.
