City of Bulawayo engineers meet ZDDT ahead of lighting project rollout
The formally structured meeting was meant to map out implementation strategies for the street and tower lighting component of the GIZ supported programme titled, enhancing Service Delivery for Local Authorities. This particular project is expected to kick off in a few weeks time, with a presentation ceremony by the German Ambassador, to the Bulawayo City Council, of essentially related equipment and materials.
The lighting project is expected to involve a selection of two sample streets for initial implementation and would thereby progress into other areas in the City.
