City of Bulawayo contracts private firm to wage war against litter and step up refuse collection

This development, which has been welcomed by the citizenry of Bulawayo, has capacitated the local authority to effectively conduct garbage collection on a weekly basis in the low-density areas and fortnightly in the middle and high-density areas.
