Kirimuva Gardens Goes International

Two young orphans, who are also beneficiaries of the garden, Nomalanga and Nomathamsanqa, started their in-house Marketing and Citizen Journalism course courtesy of the ZDDT information desk, facilitated by Chrispen Tabvura, senior journalist and ZDDT’s Field Correspondent.

ZDDT’s National Development Officer ‘Dr’ Simon Spooner said:

“Kirimuva gardens are a fine example of the ideals of self-help and, because of this, ZDDT supports the group who have established the garden, not only to improve the levels of nutrition, but to turn it into a thriving business which dramatically improves the lives of members.”

The Bulawayo Community has benefited from ZDDT’s self-help workshops, with Kirimuva’s latest step into the international world, a testimony of Sebenzela Zimbabwe’s ideals bearing fruit.
