ZDDT: Weekly in-house training a boon to staff motivation and performance
The popular programme, that first saw the light of day two months ago, has staff training as its main feature and was introduced as a team building, motivational and performance enhancement tool for members of the Organisation’s staff.
This rather unique approach in employee advancement, takes into consideration subjects that address areas of staff performance which need boosting, while also introducing new opportunities to bring out their finest potential.
However, the beauty of the training is that facilitation at sessions is not confined to one “expert”, so to speak. Any one of the Trust’s officers may lead training, provided he or she has a contribution that will impact positively towards coordinated effort, good morale and high levels of performance among beneficiaries.
Training is normally held every Wednesday morning for about an hour.
