Sizinda-Tshabalala Community leader, Councillor Reuben Matengu, has displayed his true leadership skills and hands-on pragmatism, after he sacrificed his sleep, by taking up guard duty at the newly installed solar powered water installation and garden equipment at a project site.

See our previous article covering the installation of the unit.

Councillor Matengu, a beneficiary of Sebenzela-Shandira guidance on good leadership and Community ownership ideologies, has vowed to put what he acquired from the lectures, into practice.

ZDDT News recently visited the site at around 06:34 am Zimbabwean time and found the community leader checking around the premises in preparation to go home to take a bath after a night’s guard duty.

He sees the project as life-changing which must not to be affected by burglars.

Asked how he balances home, Council duties and the project, Councillor Matengu said, “This project is a lifetime employment which I am taking as an achievement for the people of this ward and its neighbours. I am a community leader who must lead by example not to read about the practical situations from history only. I am excited that this project has become a success during my tenure in office for Ward 21.

“I want to be in the history of Ward 21 success records as a practical leader, not a decorative one.”

The community leader also told ZDDT News that their dream of the extension of their land was fulfilled, as the Bulawayo City Council granted them the go ahead, thereby giving them the opportunity to do additional projects that are planned. Best porn site https://noodlemagazine.com - Watch porn.
