With crop farming fully developed and, with a vision of expansion, the Sizinda community garden has ventured into poultry farming.

Twenty-four drama arts groups from across the city of Bulawayo participated in this year’s 5th Edition of the GRD Drama Competition, with only six groups making it to finals.
Mike Roche, of Sally Foundation Australia, earlier in the year took time to visit the ZDDT/Sallym Foundation community gardens throughout Bulawayo.
The ZDDT/ Sally Foundation community gardens were established to give the vulnerable household in townships an opportunity to improve food nutrition and income.
"Whether you tell someone harsh words to their face or behind their back, it has the effect of breaking down that person’s spirit. Most of the abuse we now face in society is not visible and is rarely talked about."
