The Geraldine Roche Drama finals are set to be held on Friday 9 October at Sabela Studio at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF), where 10 groups from the Matabeleland region will vie for the first position.

Greenfield Garden has planted a new selection of vegetables in preparation for the festive season as they are anticipating orders from lodges and restaurants.
Covid-19 has made urban lives unbearable, as a high proportion of people lost their jobs when lockdown began. Therefore, many households in the townships found it hard to put food on the table or pay bills. To survive in these economic hardships, communities have resorted to starting self-sustaining programmes that will help them in terms of food security and household income.
Youngsters from around Green Valley Garden in Sizinda Township, Ward 21, are damaging the garden fence as they sit on it while queuing for water at the borehole situated at the garden gate.

Zimbabwe Development Democracy Trust (ZDDT), held a financial workshop at Green Valley Garden, in Ward 21, where all committee treasurers, secretaries and chairpersons from all gardens were invited to learn about importance of accurate record keeping.
